Similar to the balayage hair trend. Fluid Hair Painting is the brainchild of Michigan Hair colourist KL Christoffersen who started this meticulous style of hair colouring with the support of her table (literally). This new style of hair colouring allows the colourist to work without any restriction with a free hand. The method is done by painting the hair in sections on a flat surface of a table, which almost acts as tin foil normally used in hair colouring.
With this technique, hair stylists can measure the fluidity and control the colour gradient during the colouring process.

And the results? Amazing! Whether its platinum low lights, natural highlights or pastel rainbow colours this method sure is an art form of its own. The fluid hair painting method definitely takes hair colouring to the next level. The multidimensional layers of colour looks simply magnificent we must agree. So, if you are crazy about colouring your canvas why not try the fluid hair painting method !
