The Nail Parlour is the place to be to treat yourself and give your nails that extra needed care.
The Nail Parlour is a must visit I repeat and let me tell you why. I had visited their newest outlet The Nail Parlour in Pavilion KL for my Zenspa Pedicure session which was nothing short f terrific.
The Nail Parlour is no stranger on the scene as it’s won multiple awards from manicure addicts to beauty editors.
With up to 200 shades of nail polish to pick from to various manicures and pedicures, spa services and nail enhancement styles, one is truly spoilt for choice.
Without further ado, I shall delve into why the Zenspa Pedicure session was terrific for me and why you too should try it.
First thing is first, I’m not the regular mani pedi girl. The last time I had a mani and pedi was a year or two ago.
The experience with Zenspa Pedicure made my feet feel like they were royalty and was memorable as it focuses on healing the feet which results with feet feeling extra soft and smooth. It was an extensive 8-step which was super effective.
The staff who had done my toenails was super friendly and had kept me up to date with each and every step that she did. I’m talking about from the soaking of the feet to sanitizing my nails and shaping it followed by a softener, gel, scrub and mask.
It started off with soaking my feet in a warm Aloe Vera foot bath. After the sanitizing of my toe nails, softener was applied and my nails were cut and shaped and placed back in the foot bath.
She then applies an AHA Gel containing Aloe Vera juice and Alpha Hydroxy Acids which helps break down calluses and soften cracked heels. Moving onto the next part which I found uber ticklish, my soles were exfoliated with Zenspa Natural Salt Polish which features Oat bran, Safflower and Sweet Almond Oils that does wonder to dry and cracked feet.
I then had an amazing calf massage, which further made me want to book an appointment for a full body massage. On a serious note, what was used for the calf massage was ZENSPA Revive Scrub which comprises of volcanic powder and AHA. Then comes the washing off the scrub. If you like mint, then you’re in for a treat, a mint mask is applied and key ingredients of the mask is shea butter and papaya extract that is effective when it comes to penetrating skin.
After which I had what was dubbed as booties wrapped around which was rather warm to help the mask penetrate into my skin for approximately ten minutes. After a good whole ten minutes the booties are removed and the mask is washed off. An uber aromatic Intense Heel Repair Creme that is rich in Shea Butter, Papain and Vitamin E is applied on my feet. Finished off with ZENSPA’S menthol and witch hazel Refreshed Foot Spray on my toes.
After all tha foot loving, I was given a choice of colours to pick from and to narrow down my options the colours were tried a little on my toenail to see if I was actually certain I wanted that colour. I had ended up going with a glossy dark purple.
First a base coat is applied followed by two coats of the colour and then the top coat. Voila done! Off course I had to let it dry for a bit but since I was rather in a hurry a quick dry coat was put on top.
It is advised that closed shoes-heels,sandals etc shouldn’t be worn for at least two days maximum.
Those interested in pampering their fingernails or toenails can do so by heading to any The Nail Parlour out. I assure you it’s definitely a bang for the buck.
P.S. Those wanting to purchase ZENSPA Intense Heel Repair Cream at (4.75OZ RM103.90 / 16 OZ RM220.50) to upkeep them happy toes.
