In conjunction with the 25th anniversary of the Le Pliage handbag, Longchamp has collaborated with renowned French artist Clo’e Floirat. To celebrate the occasion, the French designer brings her stylish touch to the iconic Le Pliage handbags with images of adorable dogs and colourful characters. Her artwork is also extended to a collection of small leather goods and accessories that are unique and fun.
Adding a touch of humour to the classic “must-have” accessory, Clo’e Floirat reimagines the story of the covetable Le Pliage Bag with three different prints on the nylon canvas’ tone-on-tone navy print flap with red signature details. In addition, the whimsical prints can be found throughout the vibrant limited edition cotton canvas travel bag and on a large silk scarf. To accompany the bags, 6 delectable key rings featuring the hounds with their noses held high were also created.
Finally, a red dachshund (the star of this collection) appears on two small leather goods, a small silk scarf and an umbrella. Through this collaboration, Longchamp revisits its classics, combining modern day contemporary designs full of cheerful playfulness! Clo’e Floirat’s artistic flair can be seen throughout the collection and brings a zest of life to the much-loved Le Pliage handbag.
The collection will be available in-stores on the 4th of November in limited quantities so hurry!
