Day 1 Menu
Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Roasted Eggplant and Pumpkin Salad. Get the best of both worlds.
This colourful dish is packed with so much flavour. Roasted eggplant and pumpkin creates a meaty bite, complimented by crunchy lettuce and juicy red jewels of pomegranate. The homemade Tahini dressing is cooling, rich and full of flavour.
The meal was well balance and tasty, and filled you up immediately. But I must say I was feeling peckish towards the afternoon. Healthy eating really requires a level of determination and discipline. Eating healthy kept me energised throughout the day, when heavier meals during lunch usually made me feel sluggish and sleepy by the time the clock strikes 3pm. I’m really looking forward to what’s in store for lunch tomorrow, and hopefully my body will get used to eating healthy. -Lira Jamaluddin
Day 2 Menu
Classic Ceaser Salad with Grilled Chicken
This is a classic lunch favourite, tender pieces of grilled chicken on a bed of lettuce, paired with Parmesan shavings, super crunchy croutons and beef bacon bits. Served with boiled egg and homemade Ceasar dressing, this is a perfect balanced meal.
This is an Asian take on a Burrito. Packed with fresh veggies and chicken, it sure fills you up. The portions are super generous, its sushi but not quite bite sized.. So enjoy a full mouth bite of this delicious lunch special.

Vietnamese Chicken Salad
This colourful salad is packed with shredded red and white cabbage, carrots and poached chicken. Thai basil, coriander and chilies makes the salad refreshing and full of Asian flavours. Paired with homemade peanut dressing and fried shallots every mouthful feels healthy. The dressing is light and compliments the salad perfectly.
Smoked Salmon Ceasar Salad
If you’ve you’re getting bored of eating chicken, adding Smoked Salmon to the ever popular Ceasar Salad is a delight. Smoked Salmon on a bed of fresh Romaine lettuce, Parmesan shavings and the best part it comes with crunchy croutons and beef bacon bits. Savour on the rich and creamy boiled egg with their super delicious Ceasar dressing. This meal will make you forget you’re on a diet.
