Fresh lettuce with grapefruit, strawberries, green peppers, onions, peanuts and Chia Seeds. Served with a side of herb grilled Chicken.
” The salad is refreshing, I usually avoid ordering fruits in my salad. I am a believer in one thing at a time, so if you’re gonna eat salad it has to just be greens, and if you’re gonna eat fruit, well just eat fruit. But today I ate a salad from EatClean KL packed with slices of pink grapefruit and strawberries. It was refreahing and cleanses the palate with every mouth full. The addition of sliced onions, chopped green peppers, peanuts and Chia seeds adds a variety of taste and flavours. So there is never a boring mouthful. The side of grilled herb chicken was well seasoned, juicy and flavourful. A truly enjoyable experience.. Let’s see what’s in store for tomorrow.”- Lira Jamaluddin, Web&Special Projects Editor.
Noodles with grilled Salmon flakes, Brussel Sprouts, Chilli Padi and Black sesame. Roasted Tomato Soup.
“This noodle dish was served with a side dish or Roasted tomato soup. This is a perfectly balanced meal full of flavours. With a touch of Japanese inspiration from the black sesame and the fresh oils from the Salmon, making this a very tasty dish. Be careful of the fiery chili padi which gives this dish a kick, especially for chili lovers. Overall, well balanced, satisfying and a filling meal. The Roasted tomato soup oozes with freshness, as you can taste the richness of the tomatoes. The soup is balanced well with sweet, salty and sour flavours all in one spoonful.” –Lira Jamaluddin
Beef Burger wrapped in lettuce and topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions
This is an awesome healthy take on a burger. Team MC has been on a diet for almost a week now, and we’re really starting to crave some fast-food. We were super delighted to receive the healthy version of a burger from EatClean KL today. The burger bun was substituted with lettuce, giving the burger a refreshing crunch. The burger is well seasoned to taste with onions, chilli flakes and pepper. This is a great dish to have when you’re stating to lose your grip on your diet. It gives you the satisfaction of a burger, without the high calories.
