Get the most health benefits out of napping to improve your daily workflow.
Do you ever find yourself trying to be awake and more involved in an important meeting? Or feeling angry or unhappy even when there’s only a slight problem occured in the office. If yes, then we encourage you to take a nap about 20 to 30 minutes at work for a more productive day.
Some people believe that napping is good to regain energy, but it will serve you more than that. Napping is the natural cure to help lower the tension you have from an endless workload and also, personal-related matters at home. With that, it will decrease your risk of getting a heart disease. Aside from being healthy and more focused in the office, you will see the improvement of your skin’s texture. Our suggestion is to take a nap during the optimal hours between 1.00pm and 3.00pm. Or better yet, try to stick to a regular nap time that would best suit your schedule.
