The Impiana Hotel KLCC offers a Ramadhan buffet that includes durian for ‘buka puasa.’ The durian is freshly peeled by a chef, and you can have as much as your stomach can handle.
This year’s Ramadhan buffet offers a collection of stalls, live action cooking stations, Malaysian favourite dishes and tradition performances. This is one extravagant buka puasa, and the ideal place if you’re looking for a feast.
The culinary team led by Executive Chef Mazlee Abdul Rahman has prepared an extensive menu for indulgence featuring traditional Malaysian family recipes handed down through generations.
Some of the culinary highlights includes the roti Pak Johan coated with a secret sauce, sup gear box made with special spices, whole marinated roasted lamb, roasted ox tongue, chicken shawarma with pita bread, cheesy pisang goreng and many more.
Impiana KLCC hotel will host “Sinar Ramadhan Al-Mubarak” a month-long dinner buffet from 16th May until 14th June from 6:30pm to 10:30pm daily. The buffet is priced at RM148 nett for adults and RM 74 nett for children between the age of 4-12 years old. Children below 4 years old eat for free.
