A taste of Italy with Chef Domenico
Learn to make the perfect pasta and risotto under the guidance of Chef Domenico. The Italian chef born in Milan, and raised in Sardinia has over 30 years experience in Italian cuisine. Chef Domenico currently heads the team at Favola, and award-winning Italian restaurant at Le Meridien KL.
Chef Domenico will be sharing his passion and love for cooking through his classes for all Italian food lovers. The class will take place every Saturday at Favola,and will conclude with a meal, which participants can enjoy right after the class.
The cooking class is hands on, we made spinach and ricotta ravioli, gnocchi and tagliatelle. Chef Domenico taught us the technique to make handmade pastas and gnocchi. You can choose from the Italian pasta or risottos class, each class is limited to 12 persons with a minimum of 6 persons.
You can opt for the Artisan pasta or Artisan risotto class, or sign up for both. For the Artisan pasta class, expect classic and comforting pasta dishes which are spinach and ricotta ravioli in tomato sauce, potato gnocchi in cheese sauce, and herbs tagliatelle.
Master the art of cooking creamy carnaroli rice seared scallops and capsicum cream, Arancini di Riso and Porcini mushroom risotto at the Artisan Risotto class.
Explore a taste of Italy at Favola, classes are available on Saturdays from 10am to 12:30pm, priced at RM130nett per person.
