Christmas is all about good food and warm company. Many of you would probably either wave off the intense regimen that you have embarked on. Or worst, wave aside the food that are on offer! We say, enjoy that good food but at the same time keep fit as well. Oh we totally understand that it’s Christmas time, there’s no time to hit the gym!
