#1 Amnesty International
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. Malaysia’s Amnesty International has approximately a thousand members and is growing rapidly. Malaysians play a crucial role in shedding the spot light on human rights infringements in the country and globally. Human rights plays equal importance in interactions with adults as well as children, who form the future of this country’s human rights standards.

UNICEF continues to fight for the rights of every child, every day across the globe. For 70 years, across 190 countries and territories, Unicef has defended the rights of every child.Become a donor or even volunteer with them.
#3 Society for the Prevention of Cruelty Against Animals -SPCA
Not to forget about our furry friends, SPCA Selangor is an animal welfare charity based in Ampang Jaya, Selangor. It has been around for 59 years and is still going strong. The aim of the SPCA is to protect defenseless animals and alleviate their suffering- for example via- adoption programs, investigations of cruelty, humane education, assistance to community animal caregivers, and a dedicated, low-cost spay/neuter clinic. There are various ways to get involved with SPCA Selangor.
As you can see there are numerous NGO’s out there in need of assistance. Research them and join one which is close to your heart.
