What’s your personal mantra?
“The harder you work for something, the greater you’ll feel when you achieve it.” I love this because success doesn’t happen without a lot of determination and hard work, and there’s nothing more satisfying than accomplishing a goal that you put your everything into.
Health tip to live by:
Moderation, not deprivation. Living a healthy lifestyle is about balance. It’s not about restricting certain foods, or working out for countless hours a day. It’s about finding that happy balance that allows you to live your life to the fullest because you’re the happiest and healthiest you can be.
What’s your morning pick-me-up?
A healthy breakfast like my 2-ingredient pancakes (1 banana + 2 eggs) and a morning working!
How would you advise women with busy work schedules to incorporate workouts in their daily routine?
I think many women believe they need to workout for hours to see results, and that’s why they don’t do it – it seems impossible. But it’s not. It’s about working out smarter. You can build strength, increase your endurance, and burn fat in a short amount of time. That’s why I developed my PIIT28 workout program. The workout is only 28-minutes and can easily be incorporated into anyone’s schedule.
What’s your favourite cheat meal?
Blue velvet cake.
Many women don’t have a fitness inspiration. How important do you think having one is?
I think it’s motivating to surround yourself with people who inspire you to become better and healthier. But, the number one person you should look to for inspiration is yourself. At the end of the day, you are becoming fitter and healthier for YOU.
What advice would you give women who have just started on their journey to keeping fit?
Don’t get discouraged. Fitness is a lifelong journey. Find workouts you love and that’s how you will ultimately stick with your routine.

Of course! I’m going to continue to give free workouts on YouTube, and POP Pilates is expanding internationally so you can take live classes from a certified instructor! The goal is to continue to connect more and more people worldwide who inspire and motivate each other to be healthy, happy and live passionate lives.
