Fitness model, track and field athlete, rock climbing and weight training/body building trainer, Nana shares with us some tips:
MC: Are you a morning or a night person?
NANA: I am a night person. Evening somehow makes me extra hyper lol! Early morning always makes me cranky and I have to kick start my day with a tall glass of iced Americano to make it much much brighter ?
MC: How do you start the day?
NANA: 1 liter of green smoothie followed by a tall glass of Iced Americano (4shots) with a dash of cinnamon on top on the way to studio! After that, I’m ready to hype and work by back to back morning clients with cheeky smiles and bubbly energy!
MC: Your motivation?
NANA: Seeing the changes I could bring & made in someone’s life. Their jolly face when they achieve their goal – (the satisfaction)! Also because I love what I do and I feel that I can always contributed and help my friends, and others to live slightly healthier day by day.
MC: What’s your favourite yoga pose?
NANA: Happy baby and also the warrior pose! I like inversion too but I need to overcome my fear of being upside down 1st (laughs)!
MC: Must-do before ending the day?
NANA: Have a glass of collagen drink followed by a long hot bath to relax and pamper my complexion with the usual beauty regime.
MC: Can’t live without?
NANA: Laughter, smiles, bad & good jokes, sense of humour, respect, MAC Dainty blusher, mascara/eye lash extension, veggies, berries, shower and deodorant! No one likes BO lol!
