Pokémon GO is the latest gaming trend for both males and females! The number of users of this app may overtake Twitter’s daily active users and have already surpassed the number of Tinder downloads.
Breaking the stigma of gamers not leaving their home and not socially interacting, Pokémon GO allows players to go out in the real world. Longtime fans of this gaming franchise will be able to fulfill their fantasy as a Pokémon master trainer by catching wild Pokémons! The game is built on Niantic’s Real World Gaming Platform, incorporating real world locations into the game. As you go looking for a Pokémon, your phone vibrates when it detects one nearby. The Pokémon will be shown on your phone screen through the phone’s camera. All that’s left is to catch em’ all!
To get far in this augmented reality game, you will have to eventually leave your home to hunt for more Pokémons, in which it tricks you into exercising. One of the features is for the player to hatch an incubated egg, in which he or she will have to walk a total distance of 2km, 5km or 10km. You can also take a photo with the wild Pokémon when it appears by using the in game camera feature. Even celebrities are getting on board with Pokémon GO craze!
