You’ve travelled your fair share of the globe. What are three things a woman should always keep by her side?
Internet: This is absolutely crucial! To show you road maps, public transportation routes, emergency bookings, money transactions, language translations, local research. The first thing I do when I arrive someplace new is to get reliable internet.
A Smile: You won’t believe how much trouble I’ve gotten myself out of and how much help I had been able to get just by being smiley and friendly! Just don’t be gullible though.
Sensible Shoes: I like heels just as much as the next girl, but not when traveling. Most of the time, I would walk everywhere and off the beaten path (and this is the best way to experience a new place), and you won’t get very far with wedges and heels. Good, sturdy shoes will take you on amazing adventures!
