Aubrey Plaza is officially out from the closet! She admitted in a recent interview with The Advocate. The 32-year old actress stated that “Oh, yeah. I don’t mind. I know I have an androgynous thing going on, and there’s something masculine about my energy. Girls are into me — that’s no secret. Hey, I’m into them too. I fall in love with girls and guys. I can’t help it.” It’s no secret that Aubrey is an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, noting that her younger sister is a lesbian and she had a gay aunt and uncle. In the interview she opens up on life after Parks and Recreation and her involvement in a local community theater as a child allowed her to let her freak flag fly! Plaza deadpan personality and witty remarks is oddly charming for both men and women to resist!
In addition, she opened up on her past lesbian relationship on Andy Cohen’s Bravo talk show “Watch What Happens Live” a few days before the interview with The Advocate.
