Hello my dear readers, I trust you are keeping well and healthy! This week on the Beauty Takeover, I'll be showing you 8 simple things you can do overnight to help you wake up looking and feeling fabulous every morning!
8. FOR YOUR OVERALL WELL-BEING
To ensure that you have a proper restful night’s sleep, try to avoid using electronic devices at least an hour before bed time. Practice meditation, prayer or whatever helps you relax your mind. Get a scent diffuser or burn an organic scented candle. Lavender, peppermint, lemongrass and eucalyptus oils help to calm the mind and relax the senses. Play some calming classical music. Consciously clear your mind and think about the things you’re grateful for. Cast all your cares away and think about how the morrow is going to be a brand new day just waiting to be explored. If there are things that keep you up at night, like a stressful job, or a thousand and one responsibilities, remind yourself that it can wait. It’s important that you get the rest you need to be able to face the day full on with all the energy you can muster.
