First there was NARCISO Eau de Parfum, an alchemy of intriguing attraction embodied in floral, woody musc notes, and now, an analogous but different interpretation in the new NARCISO Eau de Toilette. “Both NARCISO fragrances embrace the extremes of section, albeit in different ways. With the eau de toilette, the idea was to further explore the mercurial nature of attraction,” says the couturier himself, Narciso Rodriguez. He speaks of a volatile, unpredictable, impulsive seduction, the power of which lends a new urgency. Narciso further muses: “The two fragrances convey the sense of duality so profound in femininity which is at the core of all my work, whether fragrance or fashion.” This ineffable nature of attraction is infused within the flacon, which has gone from beige to black, and a transparent topper. Ditto for the olfactory accords: top jolts of white peony and buglarian rose make a white floral bouquet, pumping sensuality into the signature musc heart. Woody base notes of black and white cedars, plus vetiver, hypnotise and add zing to the addictive scent.
