Explore Longchamp’s SS20 Collection with Actress Jasmine Suraya
“Playful, elegant and timeless!” quips Jasmine Suraya with a smile when asked to describe Longchamp‘s SS20 collection in three words. Her reply came with a natural immediate poise – chirpy and straightforward, much like the professional and bubbly character she is at all times. Going about her day with stealth-like confidence and an equally charming disposition, actress Jasmine Suraya encapsulates the very essence of the modern Longchamp woman.
Longchamp’s SS20 collection is inspired by the solar journey from dawn to dusk. Drawing on this source of inspiration, Creative Director Sophie Delafontaine looks to the expressive artworks of American artist Judy Chicago, to create a colourful collection awash in palettes that resonate with the movement of the sun, featuring touches of soft jade and warm apricot, to distinctive monochrome colours of black and white.
As demonstrated by Jasmine, the collection is designed for the city girl and is the perfect combination of floaty feminine ease and sporty chic – a theme that blends the world of the ’70s and the ’90s. Smocked airy dresses and long skirts are juxtaposed with hippie shorts, smooth leather and nylon crop tops. Gladiator sandals and sneakers further emphasize the clever interplay between the bohemian vibe of the ’70s and the casual chic look of the ’90s. Those looking to update their wardrobe with a dose of Parisian flair will be thrilled to know that Longchamp is now available for home delivery!
Not forgetting the accessories, Longchamp’s irresistible bags, the covetable Roseau and the iconic Le Pliage® gets an exciting makeover. The Roseau is reinterpreted with sleek top-handles and comes in a variety of sizes, materials and colours while the Le Pliage® is scaled to a petite and enduring nano version that can be used as an accessory or be carried on its own as a statement piece.
Perfect for the active contemporary woman, Longchamp’s SS20 collection will see you through any occasion. Watch the video below and follow Jasmine Suraya on her intimate journey with Longchamp.
