From 19 to 21 January, up to 50 independent breweries from all over the world will be unleashed at the multi-concept food, drink, and entertainment space. Think craft beer – from citrus palates to smokey chocolate and malty sort! Not a fan of beer? You might be intrigued with a certain special Craft Beer Cocktail.
On 20 January, a Beer Appreciation Session will be held at 3pm, where you get to have the best of all worlds – taste a myriad of different beers paired with food, while Taps Beer Bar’s Cicerone Certified Beer Server gives you Beer Facts 101.
Choose from a variety of dining dishes at Swallow: Embers tempts the protein pushers with slow-grilled meats, Teppei Syokudo gives the seafood aficionados a taste of tiger prawn tempuras, SOi 55 dishes out modern Thai cuisine, Norm and Qwenchers each provide coffee and fresh juice, while Wham! brings out delicious desserts.
