CO-FOUNDER EPIC HOMES
As we studied Jayne Kennedy while she was giving us a tour around a festival hosted by Epic Homes, we could see that twinkle of pride in her eyes. She and her co-founders for the Epic Homes project have come a long way since they first kicked off their college passion project, which started off as a platform to encourage the youth to register themselves for the general elections. They then expanded their company to become a source of help for the aborigines of Malaysia to build homes that not only fit the location criteria, but also met the needs of the family. “The ability to help people and gather people’s spirits is something close to my heart,” says Jayne when asked what drives her to continue her work. It is clear that helping people is not the end goal of her hard work but all about the joy of bringing together people to show their support.
