It’s been a rough couple of days, the combination of a severe lack of vitamin D and working from home might have you feeling a little sluggish. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with the exact pick-me-up you need! A list of healthy yet super easy homemade recipes to keep you energized all day long. Keep swiping next to lift up your mood the right way in-between breaks.
First, we start with a simple recipe that requires almost zero cooking skills. Thank god! Prepare this sweet and super delicious treat in advance as it is needed to be frozen overnight. Here’s how to make it:
- Blend all your fresh fruits together until it has gained a purée texture. A note to consider, fresh fruits give the right amount of flavourful taste you need for a dish, but frozen ones work fine too.
- Once your fruits are well-blended, add twice as much of plain yoghurt and mix them everything. Depending on your taste, I feel free to add as much honey or maple syrup to your liking.
- Place your mixture into a ziplock bag, cut the tip of the bag out and then neatly put drops of your mixture in a tray on top of parchment paper.
- Freeze your yoghurt melts for a couple of hours and voila, they are ready to be snacked on.
