Let’s be honest, this month is going to be about food, booze and more food. We have some tips on how much food you should be helping yourself to at parties so you don’t over-eat and feel guilty the entire year after!
Pasta and Rice : The size of your fists should suffice your quota of carbs
Meat : Choose a piece of portion the size of your palm and your proteins are good to go
Gravy : We all love some good gravy and dressing to go with our meals, but serve yourself to a minimum (or none at all!) instead of flooding your whole plate because sometimes it’s just that good!
Vegetables and fruits : Balance out your meals with a bowl (of each, if possible)
Ice- cream : This one’s a tough one to let go, so if you’re going to indulge have nothing more than a size of a tennis ball!
Cake and Pudding : Yes, you may also have your cake but strictly to a piece the size of a card pack.
