Need inspiration on where to dine this evening? Shelley Yu’s Nyonya themed modern restaurant and bar is not only pretty of the outside (superbly photogenic for social media uploads!) but the food is just as amazing. From classic Malaccan Nyonya cuisine of ayam sioh (chicken with tamarind), sotong masak hitam, deep fried whole fish with sambal, and cincaluk fried egg to nasi goreng, nyonya laksa or mee siam, along with pai tee, you will definitely be spoilt with scrumptious choices.
To wind down on a Friday evening, the cocktail menu takes more risk by exploring Nyonya-inspired cocktails with homemade syrups, mixers and edible garnishes. Yes, you read that right. Expect unusual ingredients like turmeric brine and the likes in your drinks along with a considerable selection of gin and tonics as well. The restaurant also features occasional DJ nights, making it a great place to head out to this weekend!
