“Why?” you may ask in dismay. Imagine this. As you work out, you will automatically breathe a little harder and faster than usual. When this happens, you will inevitably take in all those harmful particles in the air. If you wish to maintain your exercise routine, do it indoors; either at home or in the gym. It’s a great opportunity to catch up on your favourite TV series at the same time, and don’t forget to take a cute exercise selfie for the ‘gram’.
