You know what you’re in for when the Mr Chew says, “Just because going into a food coma is a bad idea, doesn’t mean it won’t be a good time.” On top of adding lunch sets to its menu, the Chino Latino bar opens its doors to a Sunday-exclusive brunch menu. Depending on the availability of fresh produce, the menu frequently rotates.
Take a quick glance at the menu and you’ll be floored by the amount of dishes. Here’s the scoop – with a menu of 22 bite-sized dishes, you don’t pick your dish – you’re served each and every dish on the menu (think 22-course meal) – every dish is refillable and all-you-can-eat. Experience hearty all time favourite Asian cuisine like twice cooked crispy duck popiah, indulge in fresh Irish oyster with ginger, black bean dressing, and wakame; but save some space for dessert – mango salsa tacos, mochi, and an unusual twist on the local ice kacang.
Our favourites include the fresh Irish oyster, the double boiled chicken soup that warms your soul, and the extremely flavourful gelatinous braised chicken (that tastes exactly like pork) on rice. Food coma guaranteed, don’t say we didn’t warn you.
Mr Chew’s Sunday Brunch is priced at RM140++ per person, available every Sunday from 12pm to 3pm.
