At the airport:
Catch a quick nap
Depending how early you get to the airport, a nap is always a good idea but only do it if you’re not planning to doze off on the plane, otherwise you’d have a problem there. Some airports have special lounges or rooms just for napping, giving you some quiet time and of course, privacy. Just make sure you set an alarm or inform one of the attendants to wake you up in time for your flight!
Grab a bite
If you didn’t have the time to have breakfast, or lunch or dinner (you get the drift), you can always enjoy the variety of food and beverage options at the airport. Some business class lounges offer dining areas to suit your preferences, with both buffet and a la carte menus. So whether you are in the mood for a light snack or a fine dining gourmet meal, you’re sorted.
Have a cheeky drink
Having a drink or two at the before your flight will not only calm those nerves (especially those who dislike flying), you’ll be able to make some new friends and exchange stories and insight about travel destinations and much more.
Research on your destination
If you didn’t have time to read up on you fashion capital destination, this would be the perfect time to do so while making use of the free wifi. Reading about the place you’re headed to will come in handy and will allow you to make spontaneous plans easier too, so that you know what to expect, where.
Get a massage
You have the time, the privacy and definitely the need for it, so why not? Long-haul flights can be extremely tiring, so might as well de-stress when you can.
Shopping is a definite time passer. With all that time in your hands, you might as well window shop and get some inspiration for your purchases while you travel. Or who knows, you might just need that bag to match your shoes you brought to wear in Milan.

Read a book
Being in the Business Class usually means extra-quiet spaces, so make full use of this time and get your reading game on. There’s really nothing that will stop you from putting a page-turner down on a flight.
Sleep is a little tricky especially when you’re crossing time zones. Do plan your sleep time wisely to minimise jet-lag and over-exhaustion.
Watch a movie, or two
Indulge in some distraction-free screen time. It’ll probably be the only time you’ll get to watch a movie or your favourite TV series during your entire travel period.
Chill at the bar
You might need to stretch those legs every now and then. Why not stand up and head over to the bar. Have a couple of drinks, maybe even request a specially-created cocktail from the mixologist and find out if it tickles your fancy. Plus, having a few drinks will help if you’re finding it difficult to doze off.
